The DENTUS dental clinic is open from 8 am to 6 pm daily. During this period you are welcome to contact our reception by various means, and our colleagues will find the most appropriate date for you. When you have not visited us before, please schedule a first visit appointment with our receptionist.
If you have a sore tooth or you are in need of an emergency intervention, we try our best to welcome you already on the given day. We are well aware of your precious time, so we do our best in order to minimalise the time spent on waiting and start your treatment as scheduled. In spite of even the most thorough examinations, a high range of unpredictable situations might occur, extending the time formerly calculated on the procedure. The occurring emergency cases can also cause slippages. We hope it only happens occasionally, but ‘the patient sitting in the dentist’s chair is always the most important one’. When you have to wait, we kindly ask you for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
Our colleague is ready to send you an electronic calendar entry of the fixed date of your treatment by e-mail, and our system sends you a text message reminder automatically, one day before the treatment. If we fail to send you a reminder – e.g. for technical reasons – it does not mean that your appointment was deleted.
We kindly ask you to contact our reception if you cannot turn up at the appointed time for any reason. Other patients may welcome the vacant appointment. If you do not turn up on the appointed time, DENTUS may charge you a contingency fee according the current price list, and delete your further appointments without notice.
