At last I found a dental office where state-of –the-art technology is combined with humanity. I would like to thank the Doctor for his fast, precise, and painless work and his relaxing presence. Thanks to Renáta Soeder for her all-embracing advices and the flexible dates. Last but not least, thanks to Dr.  Csaba Horváth for his consultation (at Dentus every operation is preceded by careful preparation) and for his work that this humane, up to date dental office and the team could come alive. Dear Dr.Fruzsina Nádaskay! I am sure you remember that at our first visit at the end of the summer I sit in the dentist’s chair with fear and anxiety. My neglected teeth started to cause serious complaints, so after a long time I convinced myself to undergo treatment. During the sessions I met your colleagues as well, who were also very kind, but I am grateful that as an unknown visitor I got my treatment from you. I keep telling to my acquaintances how you won over my fear and that I haven’t got any unpleasant memories neither of the oral surgery nor of teeth reconstruction. I would like you say thanks for the care and attention I received during the two years of treatment, and also the precision and last but not least the patience and kindness towards me. Inserting 9 implants is can be an adventure, but due to your precise and quality work everything went very well. I am grateful for the work of Renáta, the trustworthy receptionist lady, with whom via e-mail we could always find an appointment in time. She helped me and the doctors by translating from Hungarian to German and from German to Hungarian so that we were able to communicate easily. Thanks to the favourable flight conditions and your help, distance never caused problems. You helped me to get to the dental office easily right from my door. I visited you 6 times including the day of implant insertion.  During my dental treatment I always got professional treatment, and I felt safe under the hands of the dentists’ team. Between the treatments when I was in Germany, no hardship or problems occurred, so I didn’t need to find another dentist there. The patience of doctor Horváth during and after the treatments proved to be the most important medicine. I am very grateful for their understanding work. The treatments including the rebuilt of the bone lasted from October 2011. to January 2013. When I looked in the mirror after the treatments I was filled with satisfaction:” My teeth looks as good as they did before I needed dental treatment.” Doctor Horváth answered to this the following way: ”This was the plan” I had no sensation of foreign material, but real, new teeth.
